Veterinary Technician
MVH is expanding its team! We are seeking to add another Oregon Certified Veterinary Technician. Our privately owned practice is committed to providing the best care to the animals in our community. An ideal candidate is motivated, has strong problem solving skills and high attention to detail. As a CVT, you will be responsible for assisting the doctors, communicating between the doctors and clients during urgent care visits, taking charge of surgical appointments, and lab testing processes. Veterinary Office Manager
MVH is looking for a Veterinary Office Manager to oversee and hold responsibility for the administrative and non-clinical aspects of our practice. Our office manager's role is to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently to support our veterinarians, technicians, and medical support staff allowing them to focus on providing exceptional service to our clients and patient care.
Key responsibilities include: administrative oversight, staff management, client relations, inventory and financial management, and facility coordination.

Veterinary Technician Manager
MVH is expanding our management team. We are searching for a veterinary technician manager to provide daily leadership and operational oversight for a team of veterinary technicians and assistants. The role is a balance of direct animal care and staff management. This manager will set the standard for clinical excellence with the highest standards of patient care and staff performance while handling administrative duties, training, and human resource tasks for staff.
Core responsibilities of this position include: staff supervision and leadership, team management, training and mentorship, performance management, team building, hiring and onboarding, conflict resolution, inventory, and facility coordination. Clinical and operational duties include: patient care standards, client communication, direct technical support, medical records, surgery, dental, and treatment.
