MVH is expanding our management team. We are searching for a veterinary technician manager to provide daily leadership and operational oversight for a team of veterinary technicians and assistants. The role is a balance of direct animal care and staff management. This manager will set the standard for clinical excellence with the highest standards of patient care and staff performance while handling administrative duties, training, and human resource tasks for staff.
Core responsibilities of this position include: staff supervision and leadership, team management, training and mentorship, performance management, team building, hiring and onboarding, conflict resolution, inventory, and facility coordination.
